Our Measure Commander Series features our patented "bar less core lock chuck" that expands and locks on to the inside diameter of the tube. It's unique design centers the tube and prevents it from slipping. This makes the machine the most advanced "center wind " machine on the market. It works on tubes with inside diameters ranging from 1" to 8" and roll sizes from 150 to 1200 pounds, up to 144 inches wide, and up to 72 inch in diameter
