This is the most sophisticated table top measuring and inspection machine on the market. When ordered with the rear power cradle, it gives infinite tension control. The rear cradle acts as a "slave" to the front "master drive". The rear can be adjusted to feed either slower or faster than the front cradle. However, as the front (master) drive speed is increased or decreased the rear (slave) follows, but at the ratio it is set. For tubular goods like "T" shirt material the rear is set to run faster to make the front to roll tensionless. For material to be rolled in a tight roll, the rear drive is set to run slower than the front. The machine is equipped with top-of-the-line electronics. It can be programmed to measure in any increments. With the auto preset you can program the length of material you wish to run, and it stops when the measurement is reached. It has foot pedal control, heavy duty welded tubular construction, and an innovative edge control device that holds the material in place. Standard size is for 12" diameter bolts - 60" wide. Weights of materials is up to 100 pounds per roll.
